A flat tracked rate applies to most orders and is shown at checkout. Delivery is free on orders over $55.00.

Will I pay customs or duties?+

Orders outside the UK may attract import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in our prices and are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns & products

What is your return window?+

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Some hygiene or sealed items (such as sleep masks and refillable bottle kits) cannot be returned once opened.

Are your sizes guaranteed to meet airline rules?+

No. We publish dimensions and capacities as a guide. Cabin and liquid limits vary by airline and airport, so always check the current rules before you travel.

Do you sell flights, hotels or travel services?+

No. We are a retailer of physical travel-organisation accessories only. We do not sell flights, hotels, tours, visas, insurance or travel-agency services.
